For this blog post we have tried something new. Our Establish Consultant Ruth Singer invited two members - Anya Keeley and Khyati Koria-Green, to talk on Zoom which we recorded to share. Ruth asked Anya and Khyati to prepare a few questions to ask the other to draw out insights into their practice. For both members this was also an opportunity to try out recorded video for the first time, with Ruth supporting with advice and ideas on how to make it as natural and comfortable as possible. They have done a great job and the video is a fascinating insight into their lives and practices.
